Peanut Butter Cookies recipe
°1/2 c butter
°1/2 c peanut butter
°1/2 c sugar
°1/2 cup brown sugar
°1 egg
°1/2 t of vanilla
°1 1/4 c sifted flour
°3/4 t baking soda
°1/4 t salt
*Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°C. Mix the first six ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Roll to balls & press with fork dip in sugar or flour. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
